this hotel was just an enjoyable base for a short stay. it was centrally located. plus, we were 15 mins by foot from parliament buildings.

It deserves its 3 stars. It has HELPFUL staff and good rooms. Don't forget to visit nearby Cafe Mamba, they have best coffee ever.
